Establishing a Prediction Modeling System for Ecological Impacts of due to the Expansion of Development(Ⅱ)
Ⅰ. Introduction
o Background and purpose
ㅇThe expansion of development sites affects the habitat and functions of the ecosystem, which in turn affects the human living environment due to the spread of infectious diseases.
ㅇThis study aimed to develop rules and algorithms for environmental modules, agent modules, and interaction modules that constitute a framework for development site expansion simulation. We also conducted a model simulation for Cheongju-si based on the result.

II. Structuralization and Algorithm Development for Development Site Expansion
1. Conceptual framework
ㅇThe conceptual framework of agent-based modeling (ABM) provides a basic framework for interactions with the basic elements that make up the model. The framework consists of environmental modules, agent modules, and interaction modules.

2. Environmental module
o Spatial information
ㅇLand has various characteristics in terms of environmental, social, and economic aspects. Among them, the attributes that operators prioritize in making decisions for development can be called land development influencing factors.
ㅇIn this study, nine factors influencing land development were selected: use area, slope, elevation, vegetation conservation grade, distance from residential areas, distance from factories and roads, price of land, and land category.

3. Agent module
o How to set up an agent module
ㅇThe property values of the land (Institutional factors, natural environmental factors, social environmental factors, and economic environmental factors) that developers developed first for non-urban areas in Cheon
