Ⅰ. Introduction
1. Background and purpose of the research
o The significance of green economy and the research objectives
ㅇ Greening our economic system ― or transitioning to a green economy ― is a crucial tool for achieving sustainable development.
ㅇ This research project emphasizes incorporating green values such as climate crisis response, resource circulation, pollution reduction, and social inclusion into our economic system, where production and consumption are interlinked.
ㅇ By investigating the effects of policies and social infrastructure (laws, institutions, regulations, finances, infrastructure, education, culture, governance, etc.) that can facilitate the green transition of the production and consumption sectors of economic system, this project aims to develop effective strategies for green economy transition.

2. Structure and key contents of the research
o This year’s report focuses on exploring global trends and devising green transition strategies for industrial and consumption sectors, in relation to several significant recent phenomena regarding green transition, and analyzing several key issues and future tasks.

ㅇ (Chapter 3) For industrial green transition, strengthening green labeling systems as a type of green standards
ㅇ (Chapter 4) For green transition of consumption, investigating the culture of ethical consumption
