Ⅰ. Background and Aims of Research
1. Research background
o Under the ‘Framework Act on Water Management,’ the Minister of Environment is required to conduct a feasibility review of the Master Plan for National Water Management every five years and make necessary changes to the national plan based on the results.

o However, there is a lack of detailed information regarding the concept, direction, and assessment methods for the feasibility review required for the establishment of a revision plan. Therefore, it is necessary to review the scope of reflection of the results of the feasibility analysis.
