Ecological Cooperations and Conflicts among Eurasian Countries and Their Implications for Korean Peninsula
Ⅰ. Introduction
o This study aims to derive implications for environmental cooperation on the Korean Peninsula by analyzing the environmental cooperation and conflicts between countries in Eurasia.
ㅇ The case of cross-border cooperation and conflict between neighboring countries contains abundant direct and indirect implications for Korea's environmental cooperation.

o Although the outline of environmental issues among China, Russia, and Central Asian countries are already known, research is still needed on which units actually worked and how the issues are progressing in recent rapidly changing geopolitical movements.
ㅇ In particular, there is still a lack of research on how they affect environmental cooperation with North Korea.

Ⅱ. Carbon neutrality practices and environmental policy cooperation between Russia and China
o This chapter analyzes the cooperation between Russia and China in the fields of renewable energy and low-carbon energy, and identifies what the policy cooperation between the two countries is aiming for and what impact it has on the international community.
o In order to respond to climate change and the international community's carbon neutrality efforts, Russia joined the Paris Agreement and submitted a greenhouse gas reduction target at the national level.
