Fourth National Communication of the Republic of Korea under the UNFCCC

"All Parties under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) are
required to submit National Communications that contain GHG reduction policies and future
plans in order for the UNFCCC to review their national GHG reduction efforts. The purpose of
National Communications is that all Parties share their efforts and achievements in responding
to climate change so that they may better work hand-in-hand to solve the issue. The 4th
National Communication of the ROK reflects our efforts and achievements in mitigating climate
change, including national circumstances, national greenhouse gas inventory, mitigation policies
and actions, financial assistance, technology development and transfer, and capacity building."
