climate change adaptation status of Least Developed Countries and their adaptation
strategy
¡ Systematically
evaluate climate change adaptation development project of LDCs’ local
governments and establish monitoring strategy
¡ Produce
technical guideline for climate change adaptation development projects of LDCs’
local governments
¡ Propose
ways to participate in and contribute to UNCDF’s effort to develop LoCAL (Local
Climate Adaptive Living Facility) as a global mechanism based on the following
activities:
1)
Literature review
2) Survey and interview
3)
Short- and mid-term climate change projection based on scientific data obtained
from satellite and others
4)
Field survey of the local governments of target country
5)
Vulnerability assessment with statistical model
