held for two days from Mar 30 - Apr. 1. The two-day workshop was joined by
prospective government officials and students from Malaysia, Mongolia, Sri
Lanka, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Cambodia, Afghanistan,
Pakistan, Vietnam, Butan and South Korea.
