The European Ecosystem Services Conference 2016 will be
held in Antwerp, Belgium on 19-23 September 2016. This conference will be the
biggest European event in 2016 that links science, policy and practice on
ecosystem services and natural capital. The theme 'Helping nature to help us'
focuses on the important role that healthy ecosystems play in supporting human
well-being and the protection of nature.
On 21 September, KEI’s senior research fellow
SoEun Ahn will give a presentation titled, “Development and Application of Integrated
Measurement System to Assess Freshwater Ecosystem Services in Korea: Values of
ES from Demand and Supply Perspectives.”
