The Singapore
International Water Week (SIWW) is the global platform to share and
co-create innovative water solutions. The biennial event gathers stakeholders
from the global water industry to share best practices, showcase the latest
technologies and tap business opportunities. SIWW is part of the strategic
programme of the Singapore Government to grow the water industry and develop
water technologies. This year, SIWW is held on 10-14 July at Sands Expo &
Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.
KEI's chief research fellow Young-Il Song will
attend the board meeting of the Asia Water Council being held as part of SIWW
to report the progress of the Water-Aid Program PFI and to attend the Special
Committee Meeting. He will also join the meeting organized to select the theme
for the 8th World Water Forum to be held in 2018 in Brasilia,
Brazil.
