- CBA10 of the Asia Pacific Adaptation Network (APAN) will celebrate its 10th anniversary when it takes place in 2016, from 21-28 April in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The theme of the conference, which is in association with the Bangladesh Centre for Advanced Studies (BCAS), the International Centre for Climate Change and Development (ICCCAD) , and the Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) , will be 'Enhancing urban community resilience'.
