- Date and venue: 30-31 January 2016 at UN Headquarters in New York City, US
- Retreat 2 of the United Nations ECOSOC (Economic and social Council) Dialogue on Longer-Term Positioning of UN Development System will be held from January 30 to January 31, 2016. After discussing Post-15 agenda and the costs and benefits of integration during Retreat 1 held from May 29 to 30, 2015, the Member States will gather once again at the UN Headquarters in New York to delve into the implications of World Summit outcome and interlinkages of issues. Based on the outcome of the Dialogue, the Quadrennial Comprehensive Policy Review (QCPR) designed to assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the United Nations‘ development system will be issued in August 2016.
