A study on improving policy for achieving climate justice(Ⅱ)
Ⅰ. Introduction
o Background and Objective
ㅇRecently, the climate crisis has been accelerated due to the increasing concentration of greenhouse gas (GHG). Continuously bringing unequal results, domestic policies that can address climate justice are strongly required.
ㅇ The following research will specify the concept of climate justice and propose climate crisis response policies

Ⅱ. Procedural Climate Justice
1. GHG Reduction Policy and its Procedural Justice
oStatus of Regulations and Procedural Implementation of GHG Reduction Policies
ㅇThe relevant law shows that the statutory provisions guaranteeing participation and the deliberation of decisions in the decision-making process related to climate crisis response policies are very rare.
ㅇ The main factor is to include the realization of procedural justice in the overall process of GHG reduction policies, including the legislation of ‘2050 Net Zero’.
ㅇ For plans such as the oThe 3rd five-year plan for Green Growtho, the government conducts public debates in designating GHG reduction targets to attract the participation of various stakeholders.
o Improvement Plan
ㅇReinforced GHG reduction targets should be asserted in the Fundamental Law and, for this, the process of collecting opinions and the participation methods should be stated.
