A study on the improvement of environmental regulations to promote the green economy(Ⅱ)
oEnvironmental regulations related to the green economy are on the increase in line with the growing importance of the green economy envisioned for the harmonious development of the environment, economy, and society.
ㅇWhile minimizing environmental impact, the green economy should also contribute economically and socially to areas including green industries and green jobs.
ㅇHowever, it is uncertain whether environmental regulations related to the green economy are designed and enforced by fully considering the green economy's actual impacts.

oBased on the research road map established in the first year of research, the study aims to seek measures for improving regulatory compliance by reviewing from the perspective of the regulated group and find ways for ensuring the effectiveness of regulations, as they are needed for promoting the green economy.
ㅇEnvironmental regulations are increasing in line with the rising interest in the transition to the green economy at national and international levels. Considering that green industries grow depending on the motivation to require products and services that use pollution reduction technologies, there is a need to enhance stakeholders' compliance with environmental regulations and improve the qualitative effectiveness of regulations.
