2016 MOTIVE International (Model Of Integrated Impact and
Vulnerability Evaluation of Climate Change) Workshop was held on Nov. 24-25, 2016 at the President Hotel, Seoul.
Launched
in 2014 to establish scientific foundation for climate change mitigation and
development and implementation of adaptation measures, MOTIVE also refers to South
Korea’s special model for assessing climate change impact and vulnerability.
During
the two-day workshop, the IMPRESSIONS Project Team of Europe and MOTIVE signed
a Memorandum of Understanding to cooperate on climate change research projects
and activities, coordinate joint learning events and facilitate the exchange of
personnel, data and other resources.
